We (I) am/are a small team of 1 at the moment. And in need of all the help I can get to get this office and by extension business up and running. 
I have been a freelance web developer for 8 years and now just trying my luck with a physical office space and also getting some local customers, while also building some local solutions.

 

While my requirements are simple for this role, it will be great to find someone with a positive response to the following.
